– Informal Resolution: Users are encouraged to resolve any disputes directly with the other party. 

– Formal Resolution: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of ICC

OGS  is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the services provided by Service Providers.
